홀수번째 문자는 모두 소문자, 짝수번째 문자는 모두 대문자가 되면 읽기 어렵다고 한다.

주어진 문자열은 읽기 어려운 문자인지 판별하는 문제

주어진 문자열을 하나하나 돌면서 체크해도 무난하게 정답이다.
